Terms of Use

You must be 18 years or older to use Trenva. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• Users may create one or more accounts, provided all information supplied is accurate and truthful.
• Trenva reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is suspected fraud, abuse, violation of policies, or misuse of the platform.

Users agree to use Trenva only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Engage in fraud or chargeback abuse
• Sell or promote illegal or restricted goods
• Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data
• Resell or exploit access to the platform
• Interfere with platform operations

Any violation may result in immediate action, including account suspension.

• All payments for products must be made through Trenva using approved payment methods.
• The Trenva Wallet is a customer-only feature used for shopping, refunds, credits, and bonuses.
• Funds in the Trenva Wallet are not withdrawable and may only be used on the platform.
• Trenva may credit wallet balances for refunds, promotions, or other adjustments in line with platform policies.

• Trenva reserves the right to hold funds temporarily where necessary, including during order processing, delivery confirmation, or dispute resolution.
• Where disputes arise, Trenva will review the matter fairly. Decisions made by Trenva after investigation shall be final.

Trenva may:

• Review, edit, or remove product listings
• Reject or approve product updates
• Disable vendor accounts

These actions may be taken without explanation where platform policies are breached or where content is deemed unsuitable.

All content on Trenva, including logos, branding, designs, text, images, and platform layout, is the exclusive property of Trenva.

Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or reuse any Trenva intellectual property without prior written permission.

• Trenva shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Where liability applies, it shall be limited to the value of the affected order only.
• Nothing in these Terms affects rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Trenva aims to provide a reliable service; however, users acknowledge that:

• Technical issues may occur
• Services may be temporarily unavailable

Where such issues arise, Trenva will work to resolve them as quickly as reasonably possible.

Trenva may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

By accessing or using Trenva, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
